Cutting Juniper tree wood for our Black IPA of the Gunnison

We just had enough wood for a 2nd batch of our Black I.P.A. of the Gunnison. This branch of a Rocky Mountain juniper tree in Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park will now be roasted and added to the fermenting beer. This will give it a slightly spicy and woody touch.
